Project Description
Prime Video commissioned a global PR event toolkit to support premieres, screenings, and press moments across international markets following a wider brand refresh. The toolkit needed to function as a single source of truth, balancing strong brand expression with speed, consistency, and real-world usability at scale.
Role & Responsibility
Working as part of a small, collaborative team, I contributed to defining the system while taking sole responsibility for artworking, rollout, and consistency across a library of 200+ assets. Although my title at the time was Creative Artworker, the scope required me to operate across both design and production, defining hierarchy, logic, and rationale to ensure the system held together across all touchpoints.
Approach & Constraints
The toolkit spanned digital and physical applications, including presentation screens, holding slides, invitations, signage, menus, and on-site assets. Working closely with designers and the creative director,
I aligned the system with Prime Video’s refreshed brand, stress-testing layouts, grids, and hierarchies to ensure they scaled from intimate screenings to large-format cinematic environments while maintaining consistency across global markets.
The Outcome
The final toolkit now acts as the benchmark for Prime Video PR events globally, supporting premieres and launches across markets. It simplified rollout for smaller teams, reduced production time, and ensured consistent brand expression across international environments.
