Project Description
KPMG commissioned a global ESG campaign that launched as a digitally led initiative before expanding into a full interior installation for their Davos conference. The work needed to communicate complex ESG themes clearly while operating within strict brand governance and compressed timelines.
Role & Responsibility
I worked as a designer within a small, fast-moving team alongside a creative director, contributing across concept development, design, and production. In addition to design responsibilities, I owned artworking and adaptation across formats, ensuring consistency, production readiness, and alignment with brand standards under extreme time constraints.
Approach & Constraints
The campaign was initially conceived for digital channels before being approved as the basis for KPMG’s Davos installation. I worked across digital, OOH, and large-format print, adapting assets for scale under compressed timelines. This included preparing artwork for premium physical environments while balancing stakeholder approval, brand governance, and delivery under significant time pressure.
The Outcome
The campaign launched across digital and OOH channels before being realised as a full interior installation at Davos. The visual framework established through this work has since been used as a reference point for future ESG-related campaigns, setting a benchmark for how KPMG approaches this space.
