Project Description

Mondi commissioned a series of print-led assets to support the commercial push of their Pergraphica paper range across both B2B and B2C audiences. Operating as a subsidiary brand with tight production budgets, the challenge was to deliver work that felt premium while remaining commercially viable at scale.

Role & Responsibility

As the primary designer, I owned projects end-to-end from initial concept through to final artworking and production, presenting ideas directly to the client for review. Early conversations with the creative director, client, and print partners helped establish realistic budgets, formats, and production constraints before creative routes were defined.

Approach & Constraints

I designed a flexible range of print outputs, including press ads, mailers, sales sheets, and swatch books, each engineered to demonstrate Pergraphica’s tactile and visual qualities without relying on costly finishes. Close collaboration with international print suppliers ensured files were adapted to varying production requirements, with layouts adjusted responsively when materials, stocks, or tolerances changed late in the process.

The Outcome

The result was an ongoing body of work that maximised return within tight constraints, helping communicate the capabilities of the Pergraphica range to B2B audiences while remaining efficient, adaptable, and repeatable across regions.
